[3dem] CryoSPARC v4 Stable Release

Dear 3DEM,

We are pleased to announce the stable release of CryoSPARC v4, available
today as v4.2.1. Thank you to all users and testers during the private and
public beta periods.

Version 4 includes:

   - A fully re-designed web application interface to support more complex
   and performant workflows, including new interactive jobs for curating and
   inspecting data, a filtering and tagging system for organizing projects and
   jobs, integrated CryoSPARC Live, integrated 3D volume viewer, and more.
