[3dem] error with relion

Dear all,

hope I can get some help on a issue with relion I can't solve. I get an 
error only at the 3D auto-refine step, and it is not related to slurm.

I'm not doing any helical reconstruction so I can't see why the error 
points in that direction. I attach a few screenshots of the relion gui.
