[3dem] error with relion

Hi Jacopo,

I had this before with particles that went through cryoSPARC before and I think it helped to delete the _rlnRandomSubset column from the respective STAR file.

Dear all,

hope I can get some help on a issue with relion I can't solve. I get an error only at the 3D auto-refine step, and it is not related to slurm.

I'm not doing any helical reconstruction so I can't see why the error points in that direction. I attach a few screenshots of the relion gui.
