<p>Dear all,</p>
<p>hope I can get some help on a issue with relion I can't solve. I
get an error only at the 3D auto-refine step, and it is not
related to slurm.</p>
<p>I'm not doing any helical reconstruction so I can't see why the
error points in that direction. I attach a few screenshots of the
relion gui.</p>
