[3dem] Negative stain on graphene oxyde grids

Dear Julien,

If I am not mistaken this topic has been discussed already in the past. I think there is no good reason to use graphene oxide grids for negative stain. 

First, you won’t need any improvement in contrast of course and second the graphene oxide grids get damaged during this procedure. 

There are commercially available grids already pre-coated carbon that you can buy and are perfectly fine for negative stain.
