Hi Axel,
We ordered a box, and first impressions were good. Delivery was 2 days
post order. Chris Arthur from our group inspected the grids carefully,
but since he's on vacation right now, I'll let you know what I remember
of his report.
Holes were as expected in terms of dimensions and periodicity. Our major
problem recently with most of the C-flat grids we'd bought was a tall
"lip" of the carbon foil around the edges of the holes (only in some
batches), which we think led to much thicker ice than desirable. The
batch we got from Philogrid did not have as pronounced a problem, though
there was a small lip if I remember correctly.
