Since it's been a while since launch now, has anyone been able to obtain and test grids by Philogrids?

Agreed.  Inconsistency is a higher price in wasted time and effort than a slight premium for quality.

Hopefully Philogrids is willing to provide samples to see if their product is what they claim.
