[3dem] K2 files

A note about K2 DM4 files and EMAN2. Eric had tried EMAN2 to do his conversions, and it crashed on him, which is when he started trying other tools, which also seemed to be having problems.

The current version of EMAN2 can read these files with no problems. Eric had been using a version from a pre-K2 release of EMAN2, which recognized DM4 files, but could not deal with some of the new things Gatan did when K2 support was added.

ie - if you are trying to use EMAN2, please insure you have the latest version
