Dear all,

Has anyone performed electron cryo-tomography on polymers before? I'm curious about what dose those sorts of samples can withstand, and whether a different tilt scheme is beneficial. There's some info in the paper below but it's simulated data, so it would be great to hear from anyone with practical experience.

Thanks in advance,

Thom
