Hello everyone,

We are excited to invite you to WeINSPIREBio's inaugural one-day
conference, organized together with NESBA and NIS, to celebrate the
achievements of women in structural biology and structure-based drug
discovery, taking place on October 23rd, 2026, at Sanofi's Cambridge site
(450 Water Street, Cambridge, MA).

About the Event: Join us for a day of cutting-edge science, meaningful
connections, and community building. This conference brings together
outstanding women scientists to share their research and experiences while
fostering collaboration across academia and industry. We welcome scientists
of ALL genders and career stages to participate in this celebration of
excellence in our field.

What to Expect:

   -

Keynote presentations and scientific talks from exceptional women leaders
   -

   Satellite talks from junior scientists
   -

Ample networking opportunities with peers, mentors, and collaborators

Confirmed Speakers and Panelists:

   -

Ann Boriack-Sjodin (Executive Director & Global Head of Structural
   Biology, Takeda)
   -

About

WeINSPIREBio: WeINSPIREBio empowers, connects, and elevates women
scientists in structural biology and structure-based design. We champion
the visibility of women's contributions to science by providing platforms
to showcase research and address the underrepresentation of women speakers
at scientific events.

NESBA (New England Structural Biology Association) is a volunteer-run
non-profit dedicated to bringing together industrial and academic
scientists who use protein structure to enable the design of novel
therapeutics. Our community spans disciplines including protein sciences,
X-ray crystallography, NMR, molecular modeling, computational chemistry,
and electron microscopy.

TrueCourse Biosciences is a US-based CRO with in-house microscopes,
providing cryoEM services to support structure-based drug design and
nanoparticle characterization. Founded in 2007 as NIS, we acquired Proteos,
a protein production CRO based in Kalamazoo, MI, in Dec 2024, and rebranded
in 2026 to reflect our expanded service offering, including biophysical
characterization and X-ray crystallography.

Acknowledgments: This event is hosted by Sanofi and organised by NESBA (New
England Structural Biology Association), WeINSPIREBio (Women Innovators in
Structural Biology Pioneering Research Excellance), and TrueCourse
Biosciences.

We extend our gratitude to our symposium sponsors: TrueCourse Biosciences,
Vertex, CryoCloud, Structura Biotechnology, Novoprotein, Jason McLellan
Lab, and Takeda.

For vendors and service providers interested in participating, please
contact Raj and George from NESBA for further information.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Organizing Committee: Rajiv Chopra, George Stone, Kristin Rider, Claudio
Catalano, Madhu Sevvana, Katarina Meze
