[3dem] SciLifeLab Cryoelectron Tomography and Subtomogram averaging Workshop 2026

Cryoelectron tomography (CryoET) and Subtomogram averaging (STA) are
emerging techniques for structural biologists. We are happy to announce
that we are hosting a CryoET and STA workshop, taking place on *2-4
December 2026* at SciLifeLab, *Stockholm*.

The focus of the workshop is to provide training in some of the most recent
developments of *CryoET and STA data processing* using for instance
nextPYP, TomoBEAR, Warp/M, *taught by the developers themselves !!*

The workshop provides hands-on training in CryoET and STA encompassing all
stages of the pipeline: alignment and reconstruction of tilt series,
tomogram visualization and archiving, particle selection and extraction,
and subtomogram alignment, averaging, refinement and classification. No
previous experience is required.

Participants are required to* bring their own laptops *with a mouse to the
workshop.
