[3dem] doctoral position at KTH on generative models for cryo-EM reconstruction

Dear all,

The Department of Mathematics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology is 
accepting applications for a PhD position in  computational 
single-particle cryo-EM funded by the Swedish Research Council. The 
position is part of a project that is pursued jointly between KTH and 
SciLifeLab in Sweden. It will focus on using generative models to 
incorporate prior information on molecular structures in order to 
improve accuracy in 3D reconstruction of biomolecules from electron
