[3dem] Help in importing tomograms generated by AreTomo3 into RELION-5.0-beta-3

Dear Justus,

There is no tool AFAIK to convert RELION-4 tilt series STAR files to
RELION-5. You would have to craft your own conversion scripts to meet the
RELION-5 STAR file conventions (please see the tutorial). The trickiest
part as I see it is to account for the motion-correction metadata,
depending how that was done.

The immediate alternatives I can suggest you are:
1) Reprocess your data from scratch in RELION-5
or
2) Stick to RELION-4
