[3dem] RELION low_resol_join_halves parameter

Dear list,

I am currently working on a single-particle reconstruction in RELION at unusually low resolutions (worse than 100A).
I noticed, that when running a 3D auto-refine job through the GUI, it will supply a "--low_resol_join_halves 40"-option to relion_refine_mpi, which cannot seem to be overriden. However, due to the low resolution of our data, I'd need that parameter to be significantly higher (at 40, my reported FSCs remain at 1 up to a sharp cutoff, which is expected as the FSC is from a joined set up to almost the resolution). Does anybody know a workaround, apart from not using the GUI at all?

Thanks in advance and best wishes from Hamburg,
Robert
