[3dem] Continue a relion 3D auto-refine job

Dear lists,

I am trying to continue a relion 3D auto-refine job but have the following
errors:

MlOptimiser::readStar: File --i cannot be read.

The relion version is 2.1b1_cu9.0. I used "--continue. --I
Refine3D/job001/run_it017_optimiser.star ".

The --continue is not listed in the option list, not sure if it still
valid.

I also tried to continue the job through GUI but the input button for
continue job is grayed out.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!
