NIH Releases Request for Information on Maximizing Research Funds by Limiting Allowable Publication Costs



To maximize the value of NIH research grants, grantees should aim to utilize as much of their funds as possible for research activities. With this in mind, NIH has released a request for information<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-OD-25-138.html__;!!Mih3wA!EPi46Yxuzr-5QTARk54n_bsN39gDuLn8AskWqvcwBh54DL9nweOqHRCNIRTkagAhXfRt8i179nfRVW4OID7HEH64Dw$ > (RFI) regarding policy options to maximize research funds by limiting allowable publication costs (APCs).



Stakeholders are invited to provide feedback on the policy options described in the RFI.
