As advances in cryo-EM instrumentation, automation, and imaging protocols enable acquisition of multiple high-resolution structures in a single day, the bottleneck has shifted downstream to data processing and management. CryoCloud is a secure, cloud-based platform purpose-built to address this challenge by delivering scalable, automated cryo-EM data analysis.
