[3dem] CryoSPARC v4.6 now available

We are pleased to announce that CryoSPARC v4.6 has been released today with

   - Up to 2.1x speedup across refinement and classification jobs.
   Homogeneous refinement of 2.3M particles (box size 300) now takes just 27
   minutes on a single GPU.
