[3dem] Plasmon imaging - EPU 3.9.1 with K3/BioQuantum

Hi Piotr,

In image mode the cross-over correction is the same as diffraction shift
and vice versa, as it uses the same image deflection coils as the
image/diffraction shift. You could bind the diffraction shift to
multifunction knobs and adjust them in LM EFTEM. I've just tested this on
my system with a K2 and BioQuantum and it seems to work. You can monitor
the "user diff shift" parameter in system status to keep track of the
diffraction shift.
