Dear cryoEM colleagues,
we have recently upgraded to the latest EPU version (3.9.1). Our system (Titan Krios G3i) is equipped with a K3 camera and a BioQuantum energy filter and we wanted to take advantage of the plasmon imaging that is now embedded in EPU. However, when we center ZLP at data acquisition magnification (SA, 130kx), the slit is miscentered in the LM range that is routinely used for Atlas/Grid Square magnifications. For some reason, the cross-over correction is not available in direct alignments once in the LM range therefore I can not adjust it. My question is if anyone has experienced something similar and has ideas on how to resolve this? We have opened a ticket with TFS but I thought I would ask the community in the meantime.
best wishes and many thanks,
Piotr
