<div dir="ltr">Hi Piotr,<div><br></div><div>In image mode the cross-over correction is the same as diffraction shift and vice versa, as it uses the same image deflection coils as the image/diffraction shift. You could bind the diffraction shift to multifunction knobs and adjust them in LM EFTEM. I've just tested this on my system with a K2 and BioQuantum and it seems to work. You can monitor the "user diff shift" parameter in system status to keep track of the diffraction shift.</div><div><br></div><div>Best,</div><div><br></div><div>Andrea</div><div>Cryo-EM Facility Manager</div><div>Francis Crick Institute</div></div><br><div class="gmail_quote"><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_attr">On Fri, Nov 22, 2024 at 6:35 AM Piotr Szwedziak <<a href="mailto:piotr.szwedziak@zmb.uzh.ch">piotr.szwedziak@zmb.uzh.ch</a>> wrote:<br></div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rgb(204,204,204);padding-left:1ex"><div class="msg-349903271247169468">

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">we have recently upgraded to the latest EPU version (3.9.1). Our system (Titan Krios G3i) is equipped with a K3 camera and a BioQuantum energy filter and we wanted to take advantage of the plasmon imaging that is now
embedded in EPU. However, when we center ZLP at data acquisition magnification (SA, 130kx), the slit is miscentered in the LM range that is routinely used for Atlas/Grid Square magnifications. For some reason, the cross-over correction is not available in
direct alignments once in the LM range therefore I can not adjust it. My question is if anyone has experienced something similar and has ideas on how to resolve this? We have opened a ticket with TFS but I thought I would ask the community in the meantime.
