[3dem] Topaz auto pick relion-5 FOM for filament picking issue

Hi Virajith,

This works slightly different from single particle topaz: you need to
specify the FOM threshold on the GUI to be used for the extraction of
entire filaments; you can no longer play with the threshold afterwards
in extraction, as you can for single-particles. You can use the extra
command -fp to get some visual feedback for micrographs, which can help
to decide the threshold.

HTH,

Sjors
