[3dem] Topaz auto pick relion-5 FOM for filament picking issue

Hello Everyone,
I  have been using relion-5.0-beta-4-commit-267e0a and the Autopick with
topaz for a filament protein, but  I am facing issues with FOM values of
the micrographs. All of them have the same FOM value (i.e., 0) so I can't
adjust the FOM to get a good picking threshold for Extraction. Any help
would be appreciated.
