[3dem] question about cisTEM

Hi,

I'm making some reconstructions using cisTEM and need to invert the handedness of one of them in order to compare it to several others. Does anyone happen to know whether this inversion "propagates" to the orientations used to generate the volume, and if not, how to invert them within the cisTEM system?

Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions.
