We have two units of the Safematic:

One is dedicated to thin carbon coating, and the other for metals (used for SEM applications).
They are simple and reliable instruments.

Dear Colleagues,

Does anyone know of a high vacuum coater model or brand similar to the good old Edwards Auto 306, suitable for coating thin carbon and gold films on TEM grids?

I would greatly appreciate any help and suggestions.
