[3dem] High Vacuum Coater

Dear Colleagues,

Does anyone know of a high vacuum coater model or brand similar to the good
old Edwards Auto 306, suitable for coating thin carbon and gold films on
TEM grids?

I would greatly appreciate any help and suggestions.
