[3dem] High Vacuum Coater

I second the Safematic recommendation. We are using it for thin carbon layers as well as for gold sputtering to make home-made gold foil grids.

Does anyone know of a high vacuum coater model or brand similar to the good old Edwards Auto 306, suitable for coating thin carbon and gold films on TEM grids?
