Hi,

This is really wonderful!

I have been curious about algorithmic details of MotionCor2,
e.g. about defect correction and rejection of unreliable patches,
and finally I can study it. Thank you very much.

I wish other closed source projects also reconsider their
strategies.

Regarding your repository, I see three binary blobs:
Lib/{libcuutil.a,libmrcfile.a,libutil.a}.
Their source codes (except header files) seem missing.
Is this intentional?

Best regards,

Takanori Nakane

Your enthusiasm, inspiration, feedback on improvements, and bug reports are indispensable throughout the entire development history. We hope the source code can help you a bit now and inspire new ideas and interests. As always, your input is highly regarded and welcome. Please share your thoughts and let's work together to improve these software packages to better serve the community.
