[3dem] TFS Room temp Holder clipping loose

Hi All,
We have a standard room temperature holder for our TFS Spirit with a fly swatter type grid clamping system.  The grid seems loose and slides around.  Have any of you experienced this and were able to make an adjustment to the clamping force?  I figured I would be best to ask before I try bending the clamp and break it😉. Thank you in advance.
