Hi, in the relion4 tutorial for tomagraphy a coordinates star file is
provided starting like this:

# version 30001 by xpytools

data_particles

loop_
_rlnTomoName #1
_rlnTomoParticleId #2
_rlnTomoManifoldIndex #3
_rlnCoordinateX #4
_rlnCoordinateY #5
_rlnCoordinateZ #6
_rlnOriginXAngst #7
_rlnOriginYAngst #8
_rlnOriginZAngst #9
_rlnAngleRot #10
_rlnAngleTilt #11
_rlnAnglePsi #12
_rlnClassNumber #13
_rlnRandomSubset #14

Could anyone let  me know:

1.- _rlnCoordinateX y and Z are in pixels?

2.- are the coordinates picked on a binning 1 image set (1.35A/pixel)

3.- are relion coordinates referred to a "BOTTOM_LEFT" origin

4.- What was the thickness of the tomograms where the picking happened?

Thanks in advance,
