<p>1.- _rlnCoordinateX y and Z are in pixels?</p>
<p>2.- are the coordinates picked on a binning 1 image set
(1.35A/pixel)</p>
<p>3.- are relion coordinates referred to a "BOTTOM_LEFT" origin</p>
<p>4.- What was the thickness of the tomograms where the picking
happened?</p>
