[3dem] K2 camera error

Hi Shixin,
I think usually that means that the Gatan Remote TEM server is not running on the microscope computer. If it is, it could be a connection problem with the cable.

Our K2 camera has a problem during starting DM. It shows this waring message "Warning: no camera controller was found for camera K2-0001" (attached) during starting DM. After starting DM, there is another error (attached). Camera Monitor panel is empty, no temperature, no healthy status and no tool button on the left side of DM window. The K2 computer, K2 summit processor and digitizer were started for several times. But it does not solve the problem.
