I think usually that means that the Gatan Remote TEM server is not running on the microscope computer. If it is, it could be a connection problem with the cable.

Camera Monitor panel is empty, no temperature, no healthy status and no tool button on the left side of DM window. The K2 computer, K2 summit processor and digitizer were started for several times. But it does not solve the problem. If anyone experienced the
similar problem, could you please share your experience about how to solve this issue</div>
