[3dem] Leica e-beam carbon coater

Dear List,

I wonder if anyone here on the list happens to have a Leica e-beam carbon
evaporator, and if so, whether they know a way to replace the collets to
hold the carbon rod. I have been trying for a while to get a reply from
Leica, but they do not even seem to know the part number for that and
wonder if anyone has gone through this process. Any information will be
greatly appreciated.
