We are seeking an enthusiastic, people-oriented Cryo-EM scientist to join the European NanoPort Life Science Application team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a diverse, international team of specialists, all focused on the support of our customers through a deep understanding of their application needs. Placed within an Electron Microscopy Centre of Excellence, the NanoPort position offers a customer-centered role, access to our latest hardware and software solutions, and attractive remuneration.

The ideal candidate will have specialized in Cryo-TEM during their PhD or Postdoc and can demonstrate several years of hands-on microscopy experience in Single Particle Analysis and/or Cryo-Electron Tomography projects. We are also looking for a strong background in sample preparation/optimization and data processing, a team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
