[3dem] using MTF during framealignemnt

Hi EM community,
Has anyone ever use MTF.star file during framealignement in relion 3.1? If so then which MTF is better, CDS mode or standard mode (K3 camera)?
I am talking about the frame alignment of normal counting data.
Any comments or suggestion are highly welcome.
