One postdoctoral position in cryo-EM is available in the lab of Vlad Pena, at the Institute of Cancer Research, London.


The goal of the project is to understand how cancer-related mutations and antitumor drugs induce reprogramming of alternative splicing.

We provide routine access to state of the art facilities for structural biology, such as recombinant expression in baculovirus and bacteria, protein purification, large scale mammalian cells cultivation, electron microscopy (Tecnai T12 and F20, Glacios and Titan Krios with state of the art detectors), high performance GPU computing, mass-spectrometry, preparative and analytical biochemistry.
