Hi Takanori,
Finally I am able to track down the micrograph name! So the Issue is solved.

But out of curiosity, I I did try your way also and it works as a charm.
Thank for your suggestion.

With kind regards,
Jay

Hi,

You don't need original micrograph MRC files but you have to
assign reasonable names to particles.

Some algorithms work per micrograph, even when you are refining
per particle. If you assign thousands of particles into one "fake"
micrograph, it will run out of memory.

If you no longer know which particle came from which image,
assign dummy micrograph names every 100 or so particles.

Best regards,

Takanori Nakane
