[3dem] Tecnai T12 Camera config

Our Tecnai F20 is still running Windows 2000! But the camera runs on a different computer. There is a client on the Tecnai computer that communicates with the camera (through a serial connection), while SerialEM communicates through another client via an Ethernet cable. We haven’t had any problems. (That is, we’ve had lots of problems, but not with this particular thing.)
