[3dem] Tecnai T12 Camera config

Dear Krishna

We use an old FEI Tecnai T12 with a Gatan OneView for negative-staining and preliminary sample screening.
In fact, we published a protocol paper on  getting negative-stain 3D reconstructions for T12.

Subject: [3dem] Tecnai T12 Camera config

Dear 3dem team,

We have a FEI Tecnai T12 Cryo-TEM with a eagle 2k × 2k camera. We are looking to upgrade the bottom mounted camera for it.

Final goal is to acquire minimum of 4k × 4k images. Also required are automation in acquisition (like leginon), drift correction, ability to annotate, and having Audit trial traceability will be ultimate!

Our existing PC config is Windows XP (Stone aged!!). Wondering if this will still work with the upgradation of the camera. Any thoughts / suggestions will be appreciated.
