If you or anyone you know is looking to pursue a PhD in membrane protein biochemistry, biophysics and/or structural biology, you/they should consider applying to the Cellular and Molecular Physiology & Biophysics program at Columbia University Medical Center. We have a vibrant membrane protein-focused community, and are extremely well equipped in terms of microscopes and cryo-EM expertise.
