[3dem] Weird beam behaviour when collecting in EPU

Hi,

Please check the followings.

1. Lens normalization options. Allow Krios to normalize lens right before exposure. There are many options regarding normalization Note that too much robust(frequent) normallization may slow down the acquisition speed.

2. Check illumination area (size). If the size is too much tight to FOV and the alignment is not that robust, then the thing you mentioned can happen.

3. Check direct alignment right before data collection and fix it repetitively. Especially, it is suspicious how “condenser center TEM”(c2-c3) is aligned.

> We have a Krios set up with a Falcon III camera and after the microscope having run near seamlessly for the last year and a half we've recently been experiencing a new issue when collecting with EPU (v1.9.1). After aligning the microscope and setting everything up we start the run, then within ~15 holes or so the beam will move off axis, possibly a couple of times. If I manually move it back, the rest of the run continues fine. Has anyone else experienced this? Any insight would be appreciated :)
