[3dem] Beam tilt delta phase diagram

Hello

Please look at the attached beam tilt delta phase diagrams. The linear fit diagram shows bright and dark corners on one diagonal. Is there a quantitative way to estimate their values? Is this severe beam tilt and how to fix this during data acquisition from the microscope? Thank you very much for your help.
