Hello,
we have been experiencing some strange patterns in our motion-corrected K2 data (see attached images)…these were collected using super-res mode and processed in cryo-sparc, so they are quite heavily filtered, which really accentuates the wavy pattern, which is not even noticeable when observing an aligned/summed images from SerialEM or GMS. has anyone seen this or something similar with their K2 acquired data?  and are there any ideas on how to fix this?
