Hi Takanori, yes, I used the non-converged half maps (i.e.
run_itNNN_halfX_class001_unfil.mrc) for post processing to get those Relion results.

Didn't you use non-converged half maps (i.e.
run_itNNN_halfX_class001_unfil.mrc)
for PostProcesss?
