Hi Bob,

We (in the Zhou Lab) run both SerialEM and Leginon on our Krios at UCLA quite regularly and have no problems switching back and forth. Best of luck!

Best wishes,
~Mimi

Subject: [3dem] Using SerialEM and Leginon on same scope

Hi All,

With the commissioning of our 4 new scopes we are debating if we should put SerialEM and Leginon on the same microscopes. I have heard from some people that there may be some problems that arise during the transition. We have mostly been using Leginon so have a great deal of experience with it and use SerialEM for our limited tomography users. I cannot see any reason they should conflict but want to ask the 3DEM community if they have any specific experience where this has been a problem. Thank you and I look forward to your advice.

Regards,

Bob
