[3dem] Visualizing selected particles on micrographs in Relion

Hi Roli,

If you run an extraction job using the "re-extract rerefined particles"
then you will get a coords_extract.star that will allow you to visualize
your remaining particle coordinates. You can extract the particles as a 4x4
boxsize if you want it to be fast.
