[3dem] Visualizing selected particles on micrographs in Relion

Dear all,

Is there a way to visualize selected particles from 2D classification and
subset selection on micrographs in Relion, the way we see after
autopicking? With iterative 2D classifications I have selected a pool of
particles and now I want to visualize those particles on micrographs to see
if they need to be cleaned further manually?
