*Dear colleagues*

We are seeking a motivated and creative Post Doctoral Researcher for 
structural and molecular biology studies to understand how DNA 
replication is initiated and regulated in the cell cycle. The research 
will be performed by the team led by Prof Elena Orlova (ISMB, Birkbeck, 
London) and Dr. Cyril Sanders (University of Sheffield).  Structures of 
replication complexes will be determined using cryo electron microscopy 
(cryo-EM) in the lab of Prof Orlova at Birkbeck College (ISMB) in 
London. The opportunities offered by the “resolution revolution” in 
cryo-EM make this is an exciting time to be involved in mechanistic 
biochemistry. The full-time posts are funded by the Biotechnology and 
Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC) and are available for a 
period of 3 years.
