We seek Scientists to lead research groups in Structural Biology

The Spanish National Cancer Research Centre (CNIO) is committed to expand its Structural Biology activities, contributing to the resolution of cancer related protein complexes by combining X-ray crystallography, Electron Microscopy (EM) and other experimental approaches.
The SBB Programme includes two experimental groups, a strong computational component and several core units built around state of the art equipment for X-ray crystallography, EM, NMR, Biophysics and Bioinformatics. Furthermore, CNIO provides an exceptional scientific environment in cancer molecular biology and clinical research, as well as a very active drug discovery Programme.

Group Leader, Structural Biology (Ref: GLSBBP)
We seek a Scientist with:
*      A Ph.D. degree in Structural Biology with solid research experience in the field.
*      Proven leadership skills to develop and lead an independent research group focusing on the resolution of cancer related proteins and protein complexes.
*      Capacity to lead the CNIO activities in experimental Structural Biology.
*      Interest in collaborating with CNIO Groups, as well as with the CNIO drug discovery activities.

Junior Group Leader, Structural Biology (Ref: GLJSBBP)
We seek a Junior Scientist with:
*      A Ph.D. in Structural Biology with at least 4 years of postdoc experience.
*      An excellent scientific record.
*      Leadership skills necessary to develop and head an independent research group.
*      Interest in collaborating with other CNIO Groups.

The CNIO offers:
